When the dress finally arrived (which was of no use because the event it was needed for had passed), it arrived in a plastic wrap and was a crumble of wrinkles!!! $150 down the drain!

Horrible dress I recently purchased a dress that I fell in love with to you on my daughters sweet sixteen. When I received the actual dress, I wanted to cry. I contacted them immediately and what was my surprised. Once I got a response to my email they offered a 10% on my purchased. Now arguing back and fourth they are offering me a $ 25.00 returned fee since they are not able to take it back. According to them since they are made to our measurements they refuse to received it DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. I wish I could upload the 2 dresses so that everyone could see what horrible dress I received.

Do not shop at Promlily!! Do not shop at this website!! I would give them 0 stars, but that's not an option with Trustpilot. Promlily will not allow you to return anything under any circumstance, the return policy on their website is deceptive and the quality of the dress is terrible. Clearly the photos on their website are not of their own dresses. The dress that arrived did not look like the photo - the dress fabric is so cheap. I bought a prom dress for my daughter and made a huge mistake by not searching for reviews of this company beforehand. I am trying to protest the payment with my credit card company.

I ordered a wedding dress from Prom… I ordered a wedding dress from Prom Lily. It was not my customized measurements but a US size. They don't allow you to return! They offered a 10% refund. I am disappointed. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. It is a Scam.

Buyer beware Do Not purchase from Promlily Buyer beware! Promlily is a bogus company. After paying extra for expedited shipping, my daughter's dress arrived in a ball of wrinkles, no tags, no order form, no return address and no phone contact. After trying on the dress and realizing it did not fit properly, we contacted Promlily within 24 hours of receiving the dress to request the return order form listed on their website. "Alice" responded once to our email and then promptly disappeared. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PROMLILY
