Disgruntled Vereran I am a 25 year military veteran who purchased this policy to protect my family while deployed. We recently had our transmission go out on our suburban and Liberty Bell is slow rolling everything - cannot get an “inspector” out to verify the damaged component, they will not return my calls or the dealership’s calls. We have been out a vehicle now for almost 3 weeks and have no end insight. *Liberty Bell leadership - please make this right and take action.

Liberty Bell Auto Protect is a scam Liberty Bell Auto Protect is a scam. I bought a Platinum Prime agreement from them, which provides bumper to bumper coverage. Two months later my car broke down, I called and emailed Liberty Bell to get help, the phone number does not work and I have not gotten an email response in almost two weeks....Nothing, no communication. They stole almost $2k from me. Beware, don't make the same mistake I did.

SCAM!! SCAM!!! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Filed for bankruptcy and now a lot of ppl are out of money. Including me for over $2300. Try filling a chargeback from bank . Good luck

We are pleased with our decision to… We are pleased with our decision to sign up with Liberty Bell Auto for an extended warranty for our Ford Edge. Once our factory warranty expired, we wanted to avoid any future unexpected auto repair bills. As a retired couple, we will not be able to afford it. We recently had to file a claim for a defective sunroof motor and they entirely covered the cost. Liberty Bell has very reasonably priced warranty plans. So their warranty did save money.

Submitted charge-back request to my card issuer in December 2021 for failure to provide services paid for. It was approved yesterday. Be sure you can demonstrate that you attempted to contact the vendor to resolve the dispute. Telephone and email. Neither works anymore. Good luck!
