GBLiberty Bell Auto Protect US Auto Administrators, Inc, dba Liberty Bell Auto Protect, has declared Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We poor saps who paid for extended warranties are just small fish in a long line of creditors. Down the road we may get pennies back if we file a claim, but this is probably money down the drain.

GBLiberty Bell Auto Protect is in Chapter… Liberty Bell Auto Protect is in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, US district Court New Jersey. From reviewing their contract, I don't think they had an Underwriter. I recently received a letter notifying me that Liberty Bell Auto Protect(US Auto Administrators LLC) filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. If this company had no insurance, then all of us who bought a warranty will probably get nothing.

GBVery deceptive contract cancellation… Very deceptive contract cancellation language. Under cancellation they state they have a $75.00 cancellation fee if you do not cancel in 30 days. In an unrelated section not labeled cancellation they have a another $250.00 cancellation fee after 30 days. This provision deals with who gets the refund if you have financed. They bury the added fee so you wont see it. Very crooked company. Why are there multiple cancellation amounts based on the same 30 days? To defraud the customer. There is no legitimate reason to do this. A reputable company does not draw up their contracts this way.

GBRipped Off!!!! Filed Complaints!! I am giving this 2 stars as Liberty did approve through my mechanic the warranty work to be performed but like others I tried contacting them through e-mails & useless calls to no avail. Thankfully my mechanic did not start the work to be performed as at this point I will tell him not to until this mess gets figured out... Confirmed out of business! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & more importantly the NJ Consumer Affairs Division (Bergen County).

GBLiberty Bell Auto Protect is a scam Liberty Bell Auto Protect is a scam. I bought a Platinum Prime agreement from them, which provides bumper to bumper coverage. Two months later my car broke down, I called and emailed Liberty Bell to get help, the phone number does not work and I have not gotten an email response in almost two weeks....Nothing, no communication. They stole almost $2k from me. Beware, don't make the same mistake I did.
