They took my money 5 months ago I placed my order in June. It’s now November (5 months later) and they still haven’t sent me anything. They will not return my emails and no one answers the phone. I am incredibly disappointed. Even more so disappointing is the fact that they have responded to other people’s complaints on here but mine still go unanswered. This is unexceptable. Glad I paid with American Express as they have promised to refund my money. UPDATE: Since responding, shop4seats has still done nothing to contact me. Yet they continue to spam my email frequently with their “Black Friday extended sale”. IF YOU ARE SO BACKED UP WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING ORDERS!?!

Don't order unless you have 3 months to wait Purchased 2 captain chairs for our class A RV that i thought were leather. They are not. Would have been nice to actually know that without searching their site for a definition of leather. Waited 3 months for delivery. Went to install the seats the passenger seat fit with some adjustments to the bolts but the drivers seat needs a special mount because we purchased a 6 way adjustable motor. Called to get special base and was told 8 weeks for delivery. Thats insane. Why didn't someone call from the shop after the order was placed to check on the base. Had i known it needed a special base i would have ordered it then. 8 weeks is estimate for delivery. I guess everything they make comes from china.

Very frustrated in Ohio We ordered a seat in November 2022, for a square body Chevy/GMC. We were informed about a 3 month lead time and received the seat in estimated time,👍🏻. however, after having 2 guys spend a couple hours moving brackets back and forth, we concluded the sub frame/ brackets would not fit the truck mounting system, so, we have been working to get this resolved for almost 2 weeks now and seem to be getting nothing but the run around from Shop4seats!!! Very frustrating trying to get them to even listen! I requested to speak with a manager or salesperson, but, they seem to be hiding behind the phone staff!!! Another one with no product ever shipped Another one. Ordered in February, supposed to ship in March. Nope. pushed back 4x and they just pushed it back another month... yet NOTHING on the website about delays and the rep said they are taking new orders everyday. Why?? You know you have an issue but say you care about the customers yet continue to take orders? Terrible.

Delivery date 5 month + delayed. No Refund offered. I recomment to buy your items somewhere else. Very pure customer service. Ordered my RV furnature 5 month ago. Order was promised to ship no later then 3 weeks. They wanted payment at time of order. Idem numerous time delate shipment. 5 month later and order still has not shipped. No good explanation, and no updates as promised. No refund offered.
