They took my money 5 months ago I placed my order in June. It’s now November (5 months later) and they still haven’t sent me anything. They will not return my emails and no one answers the phone. I am incredibly disappointed. Even more so disappointing is the fact that they have responded to other people’s complaints on here but mine still go unanswered. This is unexceptable. Glad I paid with American Express as they have promised to refund my money. UPDATE: Since responding, shop4seats has still done nothing to contact me. Yet they continue to spam my email frequently with their “Black Friday extended sale”. IF YOU ARE SO BACKED UP WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING ORDERS!?!

Crappy customer service I have bought over two thousand dollars worth of seats and sofas from these guys for a Ford E350 extended van that came with no installion instructions. When I called them to see if they could send me instructions for the quick release sofa bed hardware/installation they said they couldn’t help me. Pretty crappy customer service. They told me to call an RV sales place to see if they could help me. Pretty lame!

Great customer service I needed to purchase new captains chairs for my Class A motor home. I called shop4seats and asked many questions to ensure I would receive the seats that would work for my motorhome. Bob (the customer service rep.) took the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I was getting the best product for me. After discussing issues with current seats and how to install new seats he then let me know of a discount that I could take advantage of and worked with me to purchase a new couch. I needed the couch to have specific measurements and specific features. Shop4seats had everything I needed for about half the price I could find with other manufacturers. When I received my order everything was exactly how I expected it and the installation was as easy as it could be. The only problem I had with the entire experience is I did not receive a tracking number or phone number of the company that was delivering the furniture. There was some confusion but that was worked out with a couple of phone calls and emails that Shop4seats took care of as well as kept me informed of the process. Overall I would recommend Shop4seats to others.

After much debate… After much debate over different providers we made the choice of purchasing 2 Captain chairs and reclining sofa from Shop4Seats. Clara went beyond to make sure everything about our order was exactly as we wanted and correct. She was even able to find our sofa choice in-stock so we don't have to wait 8-10 weeks for it. Thanks again Clara and hopefully the rest of the process will be as pleasant.

"Great" Shop 4 Seats Dario was great meeting with us when we visited the showroom and showing and explaining the captains chairs to us even though he's not actually on the sales staff. Clara did a great job clarifying information to the questions we had after we got home and handling our contract online. It has been a pleasure (so far) dealing with Shop4Seats.com for new RV Captains Chairs.
