Avoid this company unless they confirm… Avoid this company unless they confirm all there representations in writing. Staff is most courteous; management is not. Before purchasing, I explained my explorer was displaying multiple codes and techs were unsure of exact problem, and soon it would be Thanksgiving. (Ford discontinued PCM so I had to buy refurbished.) Sales rep assured me I had 60 days to return for refund. Refurbished unit would run car, but even more codes appeared. Took to another tech, and called even more. Consensus was to return PCM and start over. Mintt refused to give return label or refund, so I returned at my own expense. Management insists unit had to be received by them within 30 days. Next, without my permission, they sent another unit (or perhaps the same unit???). They have refused to authorize its return too. I will be filing a court complaint for my $700, outlining misleading and deceptive statements. Something else: when I pointed out that Mintt warranty referenced 60 days, they rewrote the warranty.

Called three times in past 2 days First Lady told me my “account manager would get in touch with me” and never did. Called the next day got a gentleman on the phone and said that they were gonna send me a refund/repair form. I still haven’t gotten that email. Honestly disgusted with this company. After taking almost 3-weeks for… After taking almost 3-weeks for delivery to arrive (after initial delivery was to be 3-5 days), I received the PCM and installed in my vehicle. I immediately had 43-Trouble Codes on my OBD11 reader. Before the install I only had 2. I get it that due to the current COVID-19 situations that shipment of packages may take longer than normal, but no need to indicate it will on take a couple of days and then make me wait almost 3-weeks----and then send me the wrong pcm or an incorrectly programmed PCM. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
