GBThey sold the wrong ecm Part for our 03… They sold the wrong ecm Part for our 03 GMC Sierra 1500 and they will not return emails or messages or refund our money. Buyers beware I would not recommend getting parts from here for your vehicles. My recommendation would be to deal with a local auto parts store where u live.

GBI ordered June 22nd and still have not… I ordered June 22nd and still have not received the module. I have contacted a couple times with chat since phone line is always busy. Yesterday requested to cancel my order with immediate refund. Person I spoke with said correct people were not in office and I would be contacted today, didn’t happen. Cancel my order and provide an immediate refund, thanks It is now July 22nd and still have not received my refund. I actually spoke with someone last week and said was in process,

GBWorst customer support I have ever had… Worst customer support I have ever had the displeasure to experience. The companies return/warranty/refund policies are below standard. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Mintt! I’m completely out $230 not to mention the wasted time dealing with Mintt. BUYER BE WARNED!!
