Service is non existent until you ask for a refund then you get instant advice that the product is out of warranty. I refer you to the title above.

CAProduct arrived July 16th Product arrived July 16th, everything worked with the unit installed. The only problem was that the order was made through Mintt and payment was through Flagship One inc. via paypal and the order was left hanging until a conversation in chat mode solved the issue. Thanks for the quick resolution and professional service. Thanks again, I find that American companies like yours make that extra effort.

GBAfter taking almost 3-weeks for… After taking almost 3-weeks for delivery to arrive (after initial delivery was to be 3-5 days), I received the PCM and installed in my vehicle. I immediately had 43-Trouble Codes on my OBD11 reader. Before the install I only had 2. I get it that due to the current COVID-19 situations that shipment of packages may take longer than normal, but no need to indicate it will on take a couple of days and then make me wait almost 3-weeks----and then send me the wrong pcm or an incorrectly programmed PCM. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

GBworst company ever they are associated… worst company ever they are associated with flagship one, first the ecu was suppose to be plug and play, not plug and play check engine light flashing no crank. I ordered from flagship one and had same issues.I ended up getting it programmed at a dealer where they told me that the programming was completely wrong. ended up spending $375.00 extra for programming and theft programming. DON'T BUY FROM HERE
