We have used Northfield Lines for over… We have used Northfield Lines for over 10 years for our senior citizen social events from church. They have always been very professional, courteous and flexible to our changing needs. Their sales staff, namely Anna, has been very helpful in helping us charter buses for our monthly events. Their drivers have not only been helpful to meeting our senior citizen needs, but some of them have also given us ideas for future events.

The Driver that took us on the trip was… The Driver that took us on the trip was outstanding.. She was very attentive to the kids and was very polite to the staff that was on board.. The driver that picked up group at the school did not help load the luggage underneath the bay at all.

Whether I'm talking to someone in the office for a quote, booking a reservation or interacting with the drivers they always are awesome. Dave Dave, our driver, was wonderful--hard-working, helpful, kind, personable--really a treat and bonus to have as our driver. The bus was quite comfortable, but there were a few operating glitches (electronics, I think): 1. the Wi-Fi connection mostly did not work. 2. the speedometer stopped working, 3. one day we had to wait 15-20 minutes while rebooting the electronics to get the bus started, 4. the last day the automatic lift for the bus from kneeling position did not operate). Some bugs still to get worked out in this bus and its computer connections. We will be back with Northfield Lines, though, as I'm confident you'll figure it out.
