Never got everything I ordered. Never got everything I ordered, though very professional each customer service rep gives you a different story re claim/ replacement whenever I call, still haven't received an email re update. Ordered parts Oct 25. 2017, made claim Nov 2 still waiting by the door.

I ordered my front suspension package … I ordered my front suspension package for my 06 charger r/t Saturday, walked in my house here on Wednesday and everything i ordered was sitting in my livingroom. I buy a lot of my parts from them I buy a lot of my parts from them. You do learn which parts not to buy and what you should but. I had a hub bearing go out after 5 months I was given a full refund. I have never had a bad experience with prime choice auto parts now autoshack.com. peyote complaining of bad experience were probable ignorant in one way or another or were expecting unrealistic expectations. Yeah they are cheap some posts are better then others buy I can tell you I trust them and I repair people vehicles with parts from prime choice. Don't be afraid to buy from them honestly
