GBThis was my second time ordering parts … This was my second time ordering parts from prime choice, both times i never got an email confirmation, which at first i thought i got ripped off but low and behold the brake rotors i ordered were delivered within 3 days and ill use them on my next vehicle as well! I recommend these rotors as a price you cant beat.

GBNever got everything I ordered. Never got everything I ordered, though very professional each customer service rep gives you a different story re claim/ replacement whenever I call, still haven't received an email re update. Ordered parts Oct 25. 2017, made claim Nov 2 still waiting by the door.

GBBought a New Radiator! I was searching for a radiator - quick. My search stopped dead in its tracks when I saw the pricing from Prime Choice! It was the cheapest one by more than half of other sellers! I ordered the radiator, it got here before I expected it, and it was packaged nicely. The part itself was different in a few ways, but that is the manufacturer's issue - not Prime Choice's. (I made it work, anyway) This was my first transaction with Prime Choice and I was really impressed.

CASour taste.... Purchased parts and they were defective....did everything requested for warranty and yet Prime choice(Auto Shack) keeps putting roadblocks and asking for additional stuff. We paid for extra warranty....what a rip-off.
