Customer service is great, but..... Customer service is great, however the product has been very problematic. The connection ends are fragile and come apart easily. The bluetooth rarely connects. Tried resetting per suggestion, no luck. Wish I hadn't purchased so many feet of it.

This website is terrible This website is terrible. I “ordered” a strobe light kit, of which is no longer manufactured or sold by XKGlow. They then emailed me and tried saying none of it is their fault and that they have removed it from their website. Yet I googled “strobe light kit” and it pops up for purchase from your website, you guys obviously messed something up.... And even though I never got to actually order or receive anything from their website, I still get another email asking me to rate my purchase from them. All in all, terrible company and terrible customer service. Do not buy from XKGlow, take your hard earned money elsewhere!

The halo lights were easy to install… The halo lights were easy to install and jeep mechanic said he would not install if they were low quality, but didn't hesitate with these. Only issue is that there is difficulty bluetoothing both lights most of the time- can get one, but not two consistently. Other downfall is there is no mode for chasing light around the halo only blink. Happy with what we have and look GOOD, but could be better with those two things.

XGlow Great Product Bought the XGlow 8pc 24" Under Glow + 6pc 10" Flexible Strip XKchrome App Control Car LED Accent Light Kit and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Customer Service really knows how to help with technical issues until they are resolved.

Not entirely satisfied I can't say that I was disappointed with my purchase because adding more light on a motorcycle is always a good thing. I am critical of the directions though. They are too vague. I would like an illustration that resembles the Honda Goldwing. Placement of the pods is limited due to the design of the Wing.
