Do Not Use GoGo Charters - Unreliable & Dishonorable! I booked GoGo Charters through CharterUp for a senior center trip from Brooklyn, NY to Yonkers & return over an 8-hour period. The trip was confirmed & paid in full. With less than 48 hours before the fully booked, 56-passenger trip was scheduled to leave, GoGo contacted us to say they had no driver & wouldn't honor their paid contract but they could find us another driver & bus for an additional $600. Such a bait-and-switch scam! We contacted USA Bus Charter, which found us a bus at short notice for a bit more than the original GoGo quote but at what was still a good price & less than the price GoGo tried to gouge us for. Use GoGo Charters at your peril or only if you like playing Russian Roulette - I'd give zero stars were it possible!

Gogo does not belive in risks with COVID We booked a charter on very short notice to transport volleyball teams from Oregon to Idaho. Within 48 hours, we had a break out of COVID, so were not allowed to travel. Gogo would not refund our money at all. We were refunded by the hotels and the tournament, but only Gogo refused to refund. They had not even assigned drivers, because we had no names for the rooms we were buying for the drivers - so I have no idea what their loss truly was. Very disappointing service, and I would not recommend

I charter buses for our events on the… I charter buses for our events on the regular and in the last we had some issues with the cleanliness and quality of bus vehicles. That has gone away since I’ve used the services of GOGO. They were just excellent and have always sent me and our staff top of the line luxury buses so for that reason I had to give them a shoutout! Highly recommended based on my personal experience

This is the worst company EVER This is the worst company I ever dealt with in my entire life. Do not waste your time booking with this company. They have bad communicate. They are very very insinuative. My charter bus was paid in full 7 weeks in advance. They day before we were to be picked up, they emailed me and cancel our bus. The manager didn't even answer the phone when I called. So do not book with this company. They are a bunch of horrible people. Please book with a legitimate Charter company.

Do not use this company Do not use this company! They canceled a fully paid & contracted charter for my daughter's wedding the day before. They did not even bother to give her a phone call so we could attempt to arrange other transportation for our guests, but instead sent an email at 3pm Friday from the BILLING dept that we would be issued a credit for the cancelled charter. The most unprofessional act I've ever experienced.
