We booked a charter using the bus from… We booked a charter using the bus from GOGO and it was perfect. We had zero issues and had an incredible trip. Bus was affordable but it was extremely nice and extra clean because you could really tell that they took the time to clean the entire bus and make sure it's fresh before picking our crew up

Could not have asked for asked for a… Could not have asked for asked for a better charter bus. GOGO charters were fantastic and provided a great experience and service to us. Their vehicles arrived early and waited for us to finish our meeting and load the bus. Our driver was top quality and while very nice and personable, maintained a very professional composure at all times

This is the worst company EVER This is the worst company I ever dealt with in my entire life. Do not waste your time booking with this company. They have bad communicate. They are very very insinuative. My charter bus was paid in full 7 weeks in advance. They day before we were to be picked up, they emailed me and cancel our bus. The manager didn't even answer the phone when I called. So do not book with this company. They are a bunch of horrible people. Please book with a legitimate Charter company.

I charter buses for our events on the… I charter buses for our events on the regular and in the last we had some issues with the cleanliness and quality of bus vehicles. That has gone away since I’ve used the services of GOGO. They were just excellent and have always sent me and our staff top of the line luxury buses so for that reason I had to give them a shoutout! Highly recommended based on my personal experience

They need to look up the word "confirmation" I scheduled transportation for 117 middle school students with Gogo Charters. I sent the money, received confirmation, etc. Two weeks later - the night before the event - they contacted me and said they did not have any drivers available that were certified, and they canceled their service. It was too late to find other transport. It was clear that they overbooked. 117 disappointed middle schoolers. I wish I had the words to explain the disappointment, cost, inconvenience and paperwork they caused by canceling our event.
