GBDo not use this company Do not use this company! They canceled a fully paid & contracted charter for my daughter's wedding the day before. They did not even bother to give her a phone call so we could attempt to arrange other transportation for our guests, but instead sent an email at 3pm Friday from the BILLING dept that we would be issued a credit for the cancelled charter. The most unprofessional act I've ever experienced.

GBThey need to look up the word "confirmation" I scheduled transportation for 117 middle school students with Gogo Charters. I sent the money, received confirmation, etc. Two weeks later - the night before the event - they contacted me and said they did not have any drivers available that were certified, and they canceled their service. It was too late to find other transport. It was clear that they overbooked. 117 disappointed middle schoolers. I wish I had the words to explain the disappointment, cost, inconvenience and paperwork they caused by canceling our event.

GBWe booked a charter using the bus from… We booked a charter using the bus from GOGO and it was perfect. We had zero issues and had an incredible trip. Bus was affordable but it was extremely nice and extra clean because you could really tell that they took the time to clean the entire bus and make sure it's fresh before picking our crew up

GBHad a five minute conversation with… Had a five minute conversation with Evan and ended up booking our charter trip using his advice. The GOGO charters was was very good and also our chauffeur Jimmy was helpful and helped with on the boarding process and luggage loading. The trip went flawless

GBNo Call No Show... Our driver never showed up to work at 4am. The company didn't do any due diligence in order to get us a new one after realizing they didn't show, and then couldn't get another driver until 3 hours after the original time once we complained he was late 3 times. This company just screwed over 50 people (some who traveled across the country) to go on a group trip which was planned for a month ahead of time.
