This is the worst company EVER This is the worst company I ever dealt with in my entire life. Do not waste your time booking with this company. They have bad communicate. They are very very insinuative. My charter bus was paid in full 7 weeks in advance. They day before we were to be picked up, they emailed me and cancel our bus. The manager didn't even answer the phone when I called. So do not book with this company. They are a bunch of horrible people. Please book with a legitimate Charter company.

What an amazing charter What an amazing charter. Booked with GOGO and everything went perfectly. They bus was amazing and more imressive was how great their customer service team and booking agents were. Attentive and also very quick at providing pricing and confirmation.

Do Not Use GoGo Charters - Unreliable & Dishonorable! I booked GoGo Charters through CharterUp for a senior center trip from Brooklyn, NY to Yonkers & return over an 8-hour period. The trip was confirmed & paid in full. With less than 48 hours before the fully booked, 56-passenger trip was scheduled to leave, GoGo contacted us to say they had no driver & wouldn't honor their paid contract but they could find us another driver & bus for an additional $600. Such a bait-and-switch scam! We contacted USA Bus Charter, which found us a bus at short notice for a bit more than the original GoGo quote but at what was still a good price & less than the price GoGo tried to gouge us for. Use GoGo Charters at your peril or only if you like playing Russian Roulette - I'd give zero stars were it possible!

Our trip with GOGO charters went as… Our trip with GOGO charters went as planned without any issues. Called them earlier to book a bus, got a quote with in 2 minutes which I was able to book online later on once I had a chance to review it in detail. The bus was 15 minutes early and the driver Mike reviewed the entire itinerary for the day with me before we departed. Everything was great and we had zero issues so highly recommend them

10/10 Would Reccommend We were so pleased with our GoGo experience. The driver was warm and prompt, it was clean and well taken care of, and the available amenities really took the value of the experience over the top, especially when considering the reasonable price. Thank you again, GoGo Charters!
