Awesome company David was awesome. Had some trouble finding the kit I wanted due to it not being in stock. He communicated with me everyday and updated me on how the search was going. He double checked everything twice to make sure it would fit properly. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend this company!

Still waiting Haven’t ordered from Buy Brakes in awhile because they eliminated free shipping. They sent me a “come back to us coupon” so I figured what the heck. Well it’s been 2 weeks and according to customer service, my ordered has still not been processed even though it is in stock and they charged my credit card. This is totally unacceptable. I’ve ordered some other parts from a different company and they arrived 2 days ago on schedule. I’m a small garage that schedules work around promised delivery dates...can’t afford to loose customers on unnecessary delays.

Poor Customer service Poor Customer service. Selected make, model, year on website. However the brake pads I received did not fit the OEM as their website is not program to be aware that the S-line model (has a different brake configuration). since it is over 30 days they would not accept my return. -Additionally their website says 4.8 stars however i could not leave a review on their website nor was their a link to do so in my order confirmation.

Several months ago I bought front &… Several months ago I bought front & rear discs, calipers, pads and brake lines for my 2006 F150. This weekend upon starting the install I found that the front rotors I had been sent did not match (floating vs non). I reached out to BuyBrakes.com this morning and spoke with David in customer service. He jumped right in, started working the problem and asked if he could call me back shortly. I agreed, and about an hour later he reached out with a solution. Basically new hubs to accommodate the rotors I had been sent (which is an improved set up over factory and a Ford bulletin update) and I'm good to go! Thank you David and the BuyBrakes team!

Wrong brake parts shipped for my VW! I purchased brakes for my car after they confirmed the size and configuration. Tech support was very good. Unfortunately, the manufacturer they sell, Centric, was not at all helpful when they sent a kit with incorrect parts. Instead of resolving, they denied they were wrong. Had to return the whole order and buy the parts locally. Credit just posted 3 weeks later. Changed score to 3 stars as BuyBrakes isn't nearly as much at fault as Centric, although still believe they could have resolved with Centric.
