GBWorst Customer Service Worst Customer Service, I have ever experienced. I could not recommend these guys ever unfortunately. Hassled me over not Specifying the vehicle in which the parts were for which is none of their business honestly. Then continued Delaying the order past the shipping time, in response to not telling them what they were for. Do not Order from these Thieves. They wont issue a refund after you have cancelled your order either!

GBThank You, Thank You, Edgar Esparza quickly reviewed my request and sent me the information regarding new rotors for my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. I appreciate him taking the time to get that out so quickly. Unfortunately the rear rotors are on back order and 5+ weeks out and those are needed immediately if not sooner. I will see if possibly someone else has them and if not will definitely contact BuyBrakes again. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

GBI needed a specific part for a brake… I needed a specific part for a brake kit and I needed it the next day, I had called numerous other suppliers and it wasn't until I got ahold of Adam at buybrakes.com. he was able to verify the part number, find the par I needed and even went as far to accommodate my poor phone signal and communicate with me via text message. This was one of the best experiences buying parts I have ever had and will always be returning to buybrakes.com. Thanks again for making this happen for me!

GBHorrible all around - NEGATIVE stars Horrible, non-existent customer servicing. Website is setup like $hit and over 3 weeks after order was placed NO ONE responded to my numerous calls, voicemails, texts and emails. LESS THAN ONE STAR DESRVED. Awful. Avoid at all costs!!!!! The "good reviews" are clearly BS.

GBPaid for my order nine days ago and still hasn't shipped. Paid for my order nine days ago. Still no tracking number. From their website. "Shipping Information & Order Status" "Will you provide tracking information?" "Tracking numbers are sent after your order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are not sent during order confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you are expecting a tracking number and haven't received it. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a tracking number." 24-48 hours from when? It's like a be back in ten minutes sign on a locked up store. Won't be purchasing from this company again.
