GBI’m very pleased how the website is… I’m very pleased how the website is very easy to operate, had a easy time finding the proper brakes I wanted for my vehicle. Although I am disappointed my brake kit hasn’t been shipped out a week from my purchased date even thought I paid close to $200 for shipping out to hawaii.

GBAwesome company David was awesome. Had some trouble finding the kit I wanted due to it not being in stock. He communicated with me everyday and updated me on how the search was going. He double checked everything twice to make sure it would fit properly. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend this company!

GBPaid for my order nine days ago and still hasn't shipped. Paid for my order nine days ago. Still no tracking number. From their website. "Shipping Information & Order Status" "Will you provide tracking information?" "Tracking numbers are sent after your order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are not sent during order confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you are expecting a tracking number and haven't received it. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a tracking number." 24-48 hours from when? It's like a be back in ten minutes sign on a locked up store. Won't be purchasing from this company again.

GBIf I could this company would receive… If I could this company would receive -10 stars. I order rotors for my car in 9/2023 and I did not receive them until 2/2024. This is ridiculous and then to top it off I received the wrong order and when I contacted the company for a discount they told me they were unable to give anymore of discount than they already did when I purchased the rotors. I will be contacted BBB regarding this issue as you will notice on their website when you go to order the products will say in stock and then when you hit the purchase button it changes and their excuse is the products come from the manufacturer directly so it's not their issue. Never again will I use this business and I will be telling all my friends and family as well.

GBThank You, Thank You, Edgar Esparza quickly reviewed my request and sent me the information regarding new rotors for my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. I appreciate him taking the time to get that out so quickly. Unfortunately the rear rotors are on back order and 5+ weeks out and those are needed immediately if not sooner. I will see if possibly someone else has them and if not will definitely contact BuyBrakes again. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
