GBVery unprofessional Very unprofessional. Sam who I dealt with contacted me with a quote based on my inventory. I chose to go with a different mover based on recommendations and locality. Sam called numerous times like a telemarketer. I spoke with him and told him I went with another company. He argued and tried to get me to go with this company I once again told him I put a deposit down and have chosen a different company at which he said I don't want your business anyway and hung up on me.

GBHard workers, fast and considerate We moved 4200 lbs of stuff, a lot of it easy to scratch, break and destroy Ikea furniture. Not one thing arrived broken or even blemished. Seriously! Further, EVERYTHING came. We had tons of individual, non-boxed items that I thought for sure would get lost. Nope)) Every single thing, from guitars to individual ski poles arrived. Also, both the guys who picked up our stuff and the guys who dropped our stuff off were awesome. Hard workers, fast and considerate. Thanks!

GBGreat from start to finish I called and spoke with Tyler at Northern Star Moving Systems and he was great from start to finish. I explained to him I needed to relocate for work purposes and needed to move as quickly as possible. He was able to get all of my items picked up just a few days later with no extra charges. We went over all of the items I would be bringing and he gave me a fair price compared to the other companies I had been speaking with. He explained everything, and what to expect perfectly. I was given the customer service phone number, which is 24 hours and that was so relieving to know someone would always be there to answer my questions.

GBI can’t believe I even have to give… I can’t believe I even have to give them 1 Star. They are completely giving my mom the run around. Picked up her furniture on May 12, 2019 with a requested delivery date of May 29, 2019. It is June 7 and my 81 year old Mom still doesn’t have any furniture. She closed on her new house 2 weeks ago. My husband called on behalf of my mom today and they hung up on him. Disgusting way to treat an older woman. Completely taking advantage of her. When (if) she gets the furniture I will update my review. So angry for my mom.
