From the moment I spoke to their agent until the last minute they were leaving, the relocations remained awesome. I loved how they handled me throughout the experience. GBGreat from start to finish I called and spoke with Tyler at Northern Star Moving Systems and he was great from start to finish. I explained to him I needed to relocate for work purposes and needed to move as quickly as possible. He was able to get all of my items picked up just a few days later with no extra charges. We went over all of the items I would be bringing and he gave me a fair price compared to the other companies I had been speaking with. He explained everything, and what to expect perfectly. I was given the customer service phone number, which is 24 hours and that was so relieving to know someone would always be there to answer my questions.

GBAbsolutely the worst moving company! Absolutely the worst moving company!! Lost my husband's entire toolbox, my kitchenaid mixer and many kitchen items, a patio chair .... etc etc. Plus damaged multiple items. They change to another company for delivery .... a total rip off company BEWARE!!!

GBThey have been terrible at every step… They have been unethical at every step of the process. The customer service rep (James) said he'd be with us at every step of the process. After the contract was signed he completely disappeared. Their estimate was half of the final cost. We had some additional boxes that would add some cost but even the packers said this is a standard tactic with this company to lowball the initial quote. They said our goods would be delivered in 7-10 days. We're on day 10 and not only do we have no delivery, they haven't even left the warehouse so we're perpetually 4 days from any delivery date. They will not return our calls and have not provided any new delivery date (which according to the DOT Mover's Rights document is illegal.) We have filed a complaint with the DOT. Update: They are scheduled to deliver Tuesday which is exactly 3 weeks after their original 7 day date and one month after pickup.
