CAUnique services I did not have an idea that it could be that adorable. All along, I have thought that moving was so much involving and hectic. Based on the experiences of my friends, I knew that relocating was not so interesting. When I hired out Northern Star Moving Systems, that was my expectation. Ideally, I was ready for disappointment. You could have imagined the look on my face when the crew was able to manage the entire relocation without any sign of inconvenience. They were perfect all way. I must admit that they proved me wrong. I loved everything they did. Given another chance, I would relocate using their services.

GBThey have been terrible at every step… They have been unethical at every step of the process. The customer service rep (James) said he'd be with us at every step of the process. After the contract was signed he completely disappeared. Their estimate was half of the final cost. We had some additional boxes that would add some cost but even the packers said this is a standard tactic with this company to lowball the initial quote. They said our goods would be delivered in 7-10 days. We're on day 10 and not only do we have no delivery, they haven't even left the warehouse so we're perpetually 4 days from any delivery date. They will not return our calls and have not provided any new delivery date (which according to the DOT Mover's Rights document is illegal.) We have filed a complaint with the DOT. Update: They are scheduled to deliver Tuesday which is exactly 3 weeks after their original 7 day date and one month after pickup.

GBI can’t believe I even have to give… I can’t believe I even have to give them 1 Star. They are completely giving my mom the run around. Picked up her furniture on May 12, 2019 with a requested delivery date of May 29, 2019. It is June 7 and my 81 year old Mom still doesn’t have any furniture. She closed on her new house 2 weeks ago. My husband called on behalf of my mom today and they hung up on him. Disgusting way to treat an older woman. Completely taking advantage of her. When (if) she gets the furniture I will update my review. So angry for my mom.
