GBThis company is the worst ever This company is the worst ever. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. Master RIP off artist/salesman, James disappeared when we got closer to the move date. The estimated cost doubled and then they proceeded to do everything wrong. Items were packed haphazardly and boxes weren't labeled. Lamps and TVs were just thrown into big boxes with everything else. All lampshades were ruined. We are missing all our good pots and pans. Delivery was late and they didn't help unpack or take empty boxes. It cost $10,000 to move from NJ to FL and it was a terrible experience. We moved from HI to NJ a year and a half ago for under $7000 and it went perfectly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

GBWorst experience Worst experience. When time came for my move, their phone number had been disconnected and website vanished. After days of emails, finally got a response from a person who was rude and obnoxious. When I realized I couldn’t trust them, no response and kept my deposit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DONT BELIEVE THE FEW POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE.

CAProud of the experience I am yet to undergo such an exciting relocation experience again. It feels so good to be given real value for your cash. I am glad that Northern Star Moving Systems team managed to do that in an effortless way. Their services were simply out of the ordinary. For the first time, I was able to go through a relocation experience free of mistakes. Isn�t that something to be proud of?

GBGreat from start to finish I called and spoke with Tyler at Northern Star Moving Systems and he was great from start to finish. I explained to him I needed to relocate for work purposes and needed to move as quickly as possible. He was able to get all of my items picked up just a few days later with no extra charges. We went over all of the items I would be bringing and he gave me a fair price compared to the other companies I had been speaking with. He explained everything, and what to expect perfectly. I was given the customer service phone number, which is 24 hours and that was so relieving to know someone would always be there to answer my questions.

CAMore than perfect That was a perfect relocation. I had moved before but never received anything to what I had last week. All my properties; from furniture to utensils were relocated safely without any damage being evident. What inspired me, even more, is the fact that they were able to move me without charging extra charge or pricing higher quotes. I am grateful.
