A bit too expensive A bit too expensive; it costs as much as driving your own car, so there is no incentive on saving on that end and it takes a bit too long, but otherwise, the service is smooth and buses are much cleaner than they where in the past. The one thing that has improved due to the increase fees, is a much higher quality of riders.

Martz new reservation system sucks Martz new reservation system sucks. I’ve literally lost paid for bus tickets because the site crashes constantly and apparently conflicts with iPhones. This system is completely unfair to commuters who work (sometimes overtime) and can’t always predict what bus they can catch. So, the only option is to wait until you’re sure what bus and by then it’s often full. They say you can just cancel it but if the system doesn’t work well and is unreliable-wth?

Martz is clean Martz is clean, punctual and nice. The only thing is that the seats 💺 are too narrow. The person sitting next to you is on your arm or sometimes the person next to u spread out too much on his seat to make u uncomfortable thru the long ride.

Things just keep getting worse Things just keep getting worse. For some reason they continue to cave to the pressure brought by occasional riders rather than listening to the thoughts of daily commuters. The reservation system is a nightmare that no one wanted and the new website is ridiculously slow and a pain to navigate. It’s a shame really. I’ve been riding for 13 years and was hoping it would get better or stay the same, instead it’s gotten worse. Wonder if that imaginary train will ever actually happen.
