GBOrdered 2 simple parts that I could of … Ordered 2 simple parts that I could of got anywhere . Almost 2 weeks later still haven't got them not even a tracking number . I could of had somebody walk them from Florida to San Francisco by now

GBNever use this company to order parts!!!! Dont try and return parts or talk with don about returns, he will lie and not give you a return policy till after he makes sure its to late to return!!! Steve

GBGreat Customer Service My husband was going on a motorcycle rally, and the ignition switch on his '94 Softail decided to quit. Although I paid expedited freight charges for a stock item to be shipped, it took J&P Cycles almost 2 weeks to fulfill this order, when K and G Cycles shipped it in one (1) day to me, and my husband was able to take his '94 Heritage Classic on his bike trip!!! I would highly recommend buying from K and G Cycles!

GBOrdered a set of saddlebag/trunk liners … Ordered a set of saddlebag/trunk liners for my Honda Valkyrie Interstate based on the website's description. When they arrived the trunk bag was the wrong one and on the manufacture's packaging it showed which one should have been sent to fit the Valkyrie. When I contacted customer support they said the kit was discontinued and "According to the distributor the items I sent you do make up the kit. This kit is a generic kit that fits many models including Honda and Harley Davidson." The bag was obviously incorrect and the correct bag was listed as available on Amazon. When I informed them of this I was told "The least expensive and easiest way would be to purchase an HTL bag outright. I will give you free shipping on it. The alternative would be for you to send the bag back and pay for shipping of the replacement bag which is going to be $20.00 anyway. Your choice." So through no fault of my own I was told it would cost me additional money to get the correct merchandise. Well, my choice was to order the right bag from Amazon, where at least if I have to return an item it's paid for, plus I won't be dealing with K&G any more. Small businesses like this should be focused on exceptional customer service and gaining new customers - otherwise they'll be complaining the big guys are running them out of business.

ITGreat team One of the two places on this earth that I trust to do my repair/maintenance work when I just can't find the time to do it myself. The other place is my garage. I also have used them for everything from apparel to impossible to find parts for my Harleys going on a few years now. They've always done right by me on any minor confusions, even when it was mine, and have excellent knowledgeable staff to pick up the horn and understands customer service. I recommend them emphatically.
