Super Fast and Easy Claims Process My first claim arose about 2 months after purchasing my policy. The claims team was more on top of it and responsive than the repair shop. The claim was approved in minutes and the dealer told me it was the easiest claim he had ever processed through a third party company.

Disheartening Experience with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT My encounter with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT has been nothing short of A NIGHTMARE!! It feels like they're simply enjoying the show between myself and their claim company DEALER LOYALTY PROTECT having sold me what turned out to be a FAKE warranty through one of their salespersons. The lack of transparency and authenticity in their dealings is disconcerting.
