They were covered under extended warranty I purchased, minus deductible, sales tax, and diagnostics. The process went smoothly and the Empire team was easy to work with.

GBDisheartening Experience with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT My encounter with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT has been nothing short of A NIGHTMARE!! It feels like they're simply enjoying the show between myself and their claim company DEALER LOYALTY PROTECT having sold me what turned out to be a FAKE warranty through one of their salespersons. The lack of transparency and authenticity in their dealings is disconcerting. I caution others to approach their services with skepticism and thoroughly verify any warranty claims before engaging with Empire Auto Protect. Date of experience: January 25, 2024

GBRefund Request Solved EDIT: Empire kept their word and refunded my payment. I appreciate their prompt response to this matter. First, I don't think the company is a fraud; I just don't think they have the best business practices, so if you deal with them, there is a higher risk than with other companies. I purchased a protection plan on 4/1/2024 and called to cancel that day. They were already closed when I tried to cancel on 4/1/2024, so I called the following day, canceled the policy, and was told to expect my refund in 5-7 business days. As of 4/22/2024, I still haven't received anything. I have called and emailed, and although they're nice enough, I'm not getting my money. I strongly feel they're just brushing me off. If it's this hard to get a refund when you didn't keep the policy for 24 hours, I wouldn't want to risk filing a claim with them. You'll have to chase them down for that, too.
