Academy Bus Lines breaks parking laws… Academy Bus Lines breaks parking laws at least once a month in my neighborhood. The buses park in a no parking zone, leave their motors running and the drivers disappear for a couple of hours. They have been warned over and over but continue to break the law and destroy the environment. Two days ago, two buses parked in front of Joe's Stone Crab parking lot on Collins Ave in Miami Beach.. This is where the buses always park even though there is no bus parking. Morever leaving motors running is so bad for the environment , that the drivers should take a course in the dangers of air pollution. . Fortunately Code Compliance officers came and the buses finally left.

I was a disappointed because the Bus… I was a disappointed because the Bus came 15 minute late. Apparently it was an issue with the Bus driver that was supposed to take the shift and cancelled last minute. But other than that our new bus driver Richard was awesome.

Excellent interstate experience from Atlanta We used Academy for a one way pickup from Atlanta airport to a destination in South Carolina mostly on the I-20 freeway. The price was great and setting up the contract was very straightforward. On arrival, the driver was waiting for us as planned and did a great job driving us safely to our destination. He also facilitated a great food stop en route for us as requested. The coach seemed to be almost new and very comfortable. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend the Academy Charter Bus operation out of Atlanta.

You have bus drivers on their phone blasting music! You have bus drivers on their phone, blasting their personal music and causing delays. Some of us are up at 4am and want a quiet ride home… Train your drivers better please! Great Experience with Academy Bus! Just completed a great week working with Academy Bus out of Miami. Sales Representatives Jennifer and Maria took great care of our schedules and were able to make adjustments efficiently. Our driver Joe was superb. On-time, professional, and friendly - Joe even called ahead on his own to ensure his Academy Bus could park at a local restaurant to support one of our social events.
