Terrible Website If you are planning to use SD Worx for any reason, I strongly advise against it. It is extremely buggy, difficult to use and has very low security as it has been cyber-attacked and had to shutdown its UK branch temporarily. But not only is it a bad website, it is difficult to use and there are simply much better alternatives, such as ADP.

Starting to think it's deliberate Starting to think it's deliberate. How can this company continue in business when the errors are so constant and comprehensive. They're causing major distress to people's lives with the constant pay errors. The payslips are completely incomprehensible. Random numbers which don't match the hours worked and the pay codes are gibberish - too heavy on acronyms and alphanumeric codes. It is so difficult to work out what you are / aren't being paid for. Incompetent to a shattering extent.

Croatia Tour with RSD Travel Croatia Tour Dream hotel (Nightmare Hotel) 24/10/23. Phone call to RSD @ 1.54pm Re: asked to relocate the bus group to another hotel on arrival as Pearl Beach Hotel was well below standard. Recorded call. No return call as promised. 1: room allocated looking over building site, smelt smoke, patio door handle broken, rusty metal fitments in bathroom. Was changed to better room but still faults eg:curtains hanging off rail. Room cleaned only when asked to do so. 2: food buffet not “gourmet”. Warm food turned regularly. Left overs reserved for whole week. Flies and wasps everywhere hence many down with stomach bugs. 3: hotel had closed for season, reopened for RSDq tours, staff disgruntled. In desperate need of refurbishment. 4: whole area closed down scruffy and had to go by bus anywhere that was decent. 5: tour guide not pleasant obviously didn’t want to be there. 6: hard sell at factories which is to be expected. But 2 days wasted on hard sell shopping. Unacceptable. 7: as has already been said in other reviews, not given opportunity to pay for packages on arrival but rather we were forced to pay in advance by guide, again not acceptable. Will NEVER use RSD in the future. Suggest others not do so either.

Terrible app Terrible app. When your password expires good luck. Just keeps looping back to change password. Even when using suggested password it still loops back. Finally when you try to reset password it doesn’t recognize your username. I would have given it zero stars if I could.

SD Worx is probably the worst company… SD Worx is probably the worst company I’ve ever seen, they treat their costumers like they’re nothing and talk very unprofessional. I’ve had multiple instances at where they ignore people, talk down on people and even send people out when they call in sick. Inhumane. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, this isn’t from me only but there are multiple people saying this. Truly the worst staff I’ve ever met. Jesus Christ.
