GBStarting to think it's deliberate Starting to think it's deliberate. How can this company continue in business when the errors are so constant and comprehensive. They're causing major distress to people's lives with the constant pay errors. The payslips are completely incomprehensible. Random numbers which don't match the hours worked and the pay codes are gibberish - too heavy on acronyms and alphanumeric codes. It is so difficult to work out what you are / aren't being paid for. Incompetent to a shattering extent.

GBWebsite has been down for weeks now.... The website has been down for the best part of two and a half weeks now, meaning staff cannot access their pay slips or book holidays using the app/website. There seems to be no improvement after checking it everyday.

GBThey rob you of your wages & leave you out of pocket! Havent been paid last months wages its been nearly 2 weeks after "payday" have been left hanging & out of pocket with others who rely on their wages each month! Expected to go to work for free which is disgraceful. They tell you to ring HR which I have and also do nothing. Unhelpful and unreliable avoid at all costs in future.

GBDon’t know what they are doing They split people’s wages from December into two payments making people wait up to 8 weeks for 4 weeks wages and there are loads of problems, wrong end date uploaded HMRC so now I’m under investigation for fraud with Universal Credit. Put everyone on make believe tax codes as well

GBShould rebrand to SDneverworx Can only assume they are cheap to work with because they’re certainly not good! This is the third occasion in around a year where my pay slip should be accessible however it’s nowhere to be seen, usually in a manner where the whole website is entirely shut down. Complete shambles, be better off sending it with a carrier pigeon.
