Excellent experience Turo comes through Excellent experience. Host and car fantastic. Turo took care of things as my reservation for a different car cancelled last minute due to an accident it was in with the previous renter. Together we found the alternate car and the rest was great.

I should’ve cancelled my reservation… I should’ve cancelled my reservation when they changed the pickup location but I didn’t after I dropped my rental off they charged me late fees and extra a extra day fee and a charge fee when I disputed the charges Turo did not wanna refund my money even tho I had proof I dropped the car off on time. Shady business
