GBBig Fan To be honest, having turo has helped in a lot of different situations and emergencies. I’ve done a lot of trips in the last two years and there isn’t much that I would change. If I can recommend for returning customers offer more discounts and perks. It would be great for retention. Hopefully I can see one back for this review. Thanks again.

GBI was pulled over because the rental… I was pulled over because the rental car I was in was used in a high speed chase 2 days before I rent it. The car was seized and I was left stranded. Turo did nothing for me. I have not been credited back anything from the rental or for the motel I had to rent. Not for the inconvenience and embarrassment of being pulled out of a car at gun point and treated like a criminal.

GBThe car was great The car was great; pickup was good but directions were not specific enough; was at wrong garage initially. I love the ability to choose a specific car so you know what you are going to get. Like to try new cars or get one just like I have at home, so simple to operate. My host was good at responding to any issues.

GBVADA was very responsive to my messages… VADA was very responsive to my messages which made the transaction easy. They spelled out everything from fees, pick up and drop off, to unlocking the doors. Would definitely recommend!

I appreciate all the little things Jonathan paid attention to and provided for us in the car (phone holder, chargers and cables, umbrella, etc). I do wish that Turo and DFW were still inin contract, having to pay $50 to and from the garage and airport in Uber was rough.
