I should’ve cancelled my reservation… I should’ve cancelled my reservation when they changed the pickup location but I didn’t after I dropped my rental off they charged me late fees and extra a extra day fee and a charge fee when I disputed the charges Turo did not wanna refund my money even tho I had proof I dropped the car off on time. Shady business

Lots of fun to drive, and a very good value. We picked up the car at the airport and it was perfect--shiny clean inside and out and a full tank of gas. We really enjoyed having the use of a convertible for a week. Gas was very expensive but due to the amount of highway driving, our MPG was over 30. We will definitely look up this company when we return to the Palm Springs area.

VADA was very responsive to my messages… VADA was very responsive to my messages which made the transaction easy. They spelled out everything from fees, pick up and drop off, to unlocking the doors. Would definitely recommend!

Being a host for Turo Being a host for Turo, I can say it’s a lot more easier being the guest. Turo prices are competitive and you know what you are getting when you are renting a car on the platform and not something similar. The verbiage other car rental places use.

The car was great The car was great; pickup was good but directions were not specific enough; was at wrong garage initially. I love the ability to choose a specific car so you know what you are going to get. Like to try new cars or get one just like I have at home, so simple to operate. My host was good at responding to any issues.
