Always Great The car and communication was excellent. I appreciate all the little things Jonathan paid attention to and provided for us in the car (phone holder, chargers and cables, umbrella, etc). I do wish that Turo and DFW were still inin contract, having to pay $50 to and from the garage and airport in Uber was rough.

Big Fan To be honest, having turo has helped in a lot of different situations and emergencies. I’ve done a lot of trips in the last two years and there isn’t much that I would change. If I can recommend for returning customers offer more discounts and perks. It would be great for retention. Hopefully I can see one back for this review. Thanks again.

Christopher is a great host Christopher is a great host. I had more than a few changes to my flights by Spirit airline and Christopher was more than willing to accommodate those changes. He is responsive, polite and professional. The car was well maintained and clean with a full tank of gas when I picked it up for my trip. I highly recommend Christopher as a Turo host.

I should’ve cancelled my reservation… I should’ve cancelled my reservation when they changed the pickup location but I didn’t after I dropped my rental off they charged me late fees and extra a extra day fee and a charge fee when I disputed the charges Turo did not wanna refund my money even tho I had proof I dropped the car off on time. Shady business
