F150 Low Bro !! Staff were helpful over the phone. I needed some personal reassurance. Dropped my '19 F-150 with the 2 inch kit and it came out just right. No issues. Parts arrived in the Soo from Alberta within a week with exactly what was needed. I like the low down look and we find it easier to enter and load/unload (in our late 60's now). Thank You DROP SHOP. I started my truck lowering project… I started my truck lowering project just wanting to “level out” the back of the truck but now I wanted it lower. Keith helped me find the products that I need. Not just helped me but looked into different options, different prices and sent me all the info that I needed. Other shops I’ve dealt with didn’t give me options just what I asked for. When I had a question he always had or found the answers I needed. Also gave me great suggestions for my project. Can’t say enough about these guys and Keith in particular. Awesome customer service!! Very helpful was not sure on which kit… Very helpful was not sure on which kit I needed ..plus had instant confirmation by email and phone. Received part 1 of shipment fast .but missing second parcel so far and shipping company has ot been helpful. I have gave a 4 star due to shipping mistake .

Great to deal with, they keep you updated on your order! After I ordered I found they weren't in stock but I did have time to wait,they were delivered in a week with no issues what so ever .I will use them again for parts! Always good to shop local.
