Awesome Company! These guys know their stuff and they ship incredibly fast. The website was laid out nicely and the email updates I received for my orders were plenty and informative. I ordered a complete 3/4 drop for my square body truck in 3 separate orders and I received everything in less than 2 weeks (I ordered across a span of maybe 10 days) My only gripe was I wish they sent some DropShop decals so I can represent their company on the window of my truck!

After ordering online I was contacted… After ordering online I was contacted about some of the components in the lowering kit that weren't in stock. Brandon was honest and accurate about shipping times. They got me the parts when promised and I'm more than satisfied with the quality.

F150 Low Bro !! Staff were helpful over the phone. I needed some personal reassurance. Dropped my '19 F-150 with the 2 inch kit and it came out just right. No issues. Parts arrived in the Soo from Alberta within a week with exactly what was needed. I like the low down look and we find it easier to enter and load/unload (in our late 60's now). Thank You DROP SHOP. Excellent Customer service from the Drop Shop, Loomis..... well Excellent Customer service. Although Shipping was not in the Vendors control it was the only disappointment. My kit came it two separate packages. Shipping was done through Loomis. I received the first of two packages (which clearly state 1 of 2 and 2 of 2) but only received notification that the second package was "out for delivery". I contacted the Loomis Customer Service department and the Lady took my information and phone number so the she could let me know what happened...... I'm still waiting for her to return my call! The next day I found the phone number for the local Loomis depot and called them myself. They found my package sitting on their dock. They immediately loaded up my package and delivered it promptly. The kit was easy to install and looks awesome. I was happy with everything but the shipping experience.
