The check-in when I dropped of my truck was quick and easy, and pick-up at completion was exactly the same. Repairs are never cheap, but if they are done right the first time, it eases the pain just a little.

I heard very disturbing transmission… I heard very disturbing transmission sounds. They discovered no leaks. The fluid level was extremely low. They changed the fluid. They told me they suspected it had not been properly addressed previously.

Honest and Upfront Towed my vehicle in with what I thought was a transmission problem, which turned out to be an electrical systems failure. They told me they could do the work but admitted it might be cheaper to go somewhere else, because the only way to find the problem was to bill me at their hourly rate as they went through and checked each part of the system until they found it. They charged me only the cost of the initial tests, even though I left my car on their lot for a couple extra days while I figured out where to get it towed next.

He was also helpful and an advisor on some technical matters I had to consider with aftermarket vs. factory parts. so far so good; vehicle is running well !!!! DAVID

Almost scammed by Michael cottman's transmission on Wornall The manager Mike told me he would take care of my slipping transmission instead he never fixed the transmission...... I was in the process of having different engines put in and out of the car so seeing that I never received my new transmission work really took me by surprise... I had to threaten to sue cottman's before I was given new parts...... Not cool cottman's transmission on 80th and Wornall.
