I highly recommend Cottsman to anyone… I highly recommend Cottsman to anyone experiencing transmission issues. Kevin was quick to help and had a solution to the issue shortly after dropping off my 2006 Acura TL which was no longer shifting at 180k miles. Only a couple days to rebuild what was bad and I was back on the road. The car never felt better. He kept in constant contact me with throughout the process and even after I drove it home. I know they are a place I can trust and would recommend them to anyone I know that needs their transmission serviced or repaired.

Fortunately, a neighbor of a friend in town recommended Cottman as a reputable auto repair shop. We had to leave our vehicle in their hands and we couldn't be happier with the prompt diagnosis and repair. The vehicle was ready as we came back through KC and repair was much less than I expected. I heard very disturbing transmission… I heard very disturbing transmission sounds. They discovered no leaks. The fluid level was extremely low. They changed the fluid. They told me they suspected it had not been properly addressed previously.

Found the problem… We were having problems with our vehicle and our mechanic wasn't sure what the problem was so we took it to Cottman. It took a short time and we were contacted by Kevin with the problem. He provided us with three options to repair the car. We were impressed with Kevin, his knowledge, honesty and the shop. We will return for other maintenance.

Cottman stayed with me on these, and treated me with respect and intelligence. They resolved these issues quickly and politely. In my mind, they went out of their way to ensure proper operation of my transmission.
