Excellent Customer Service It is always scary purchasing expensive parts online. We received my son's new clutch with lost bolts (I am guessing from a small hole in the box) and a small part that may have been damaged in transport or shipping. I contacted "Jerry" in customer service and he quickly resolved the problem. The items that we needed were shipped out the same day. I only wish all businesses treated their customers like Black Cloud Diesel.

He was very knowledgeable an courteous thorough the whole ordeal. (I wish my credit card company was nearly as good with customer service as he was). I would recommend black cloud to everyone an will do business with them again!

Clutch clutch BOOM! South Bend really makes a fantastic product! I called their office twice to make sure I was buying the right product and installing it correctly, and they where very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was straight forward, and I can actually put my power to the ground. Major kudos! And Black Cloud had the best price with fantastic shipping speed.

Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service. Even called me back at 10:00PM when I asked. I work nights so I'm asleep during the normal business hrs. Can't ask for a better company to purchase from. Product was as advertised and arrived quickly in perfect condition, due to meticulous packaging. Can't say enough good about the company. We will see how it goes with my core return. Fingers crossed there are no unforeseen hangups in that department.

Great service and products. After an insightful conversation with Gary I ordered a set of enhanced re-manufactured injectors for my 2000 F350SD 7.3. I also bought locally, a set of new Motorcraft glow plugs. Four of eight of mine were bad and I didn't know it when I ordered my injectors. I followed the Black Cloud Diesel instructions very closely and now my truck runs as well as it ever has! I am very pleased!
