After my struggle with another vendor… After my struggle with another vendor and weeks of frustration I decided to take another try with a new vendor “Bimmer America” simple and straight forward delivery in days and Install on My BMW X5 2014 in less than 50 min. The instructions were easy and clear, after successful install worked on the first try. I wish I could add the same way a upgrade to have apple play in my BMW.

Fantastic customer service I recently purchased a navigation update using the USB and it went flawlessly. There was trouble with the postal service, but Steve stepped up and promptly sent me a replacement USB. Excellent communication and the update was what I had hoped for.

After getting extremely outrageous prices on 2019 maps, we found Bimmer America online. Ordering the USB was so easy. Tyler answered my questions by email before I ordered it. We received it, followed the instructions and in 45 minutes we had an updated 2020 map. It was so easy to return the USB. I will definitely purchase from Bimmer America again.
