GBUpdating Map software. Updating the map software was made “super” easy with Bimmer America process. Although you always have some reservations with auto software updates, the ending result was superb and I now wouldn’t think twice on the next update!!

GBFantastic customer service I recently purchased a navigation update using the USB and it went flawlessly. There was trouble with the postal service, but Steve stepped up and promptly sent me a replacement USB. Excellent communication and the update was what I had hoped for.

GBUpdated Road Map - Simple and Efficient Requested an updated BMW North America Road Map for my 2018 X3. After order was placed for a download version, within minutes I received an explanatory email (from Tyler @ Bimmer America) with a link to ~30 GB download. Everything worked as expected and install completed within ~20 minutes.
