GBI contacted your place and was told… I contacted your place and was told that because I installed the part and then removed it l could return it but would cost me 20% because it would be returned to factory. Later got a email asking me if I installed it or not. I replied yes I took it out after seeing it did not change anything Then you told me I could not return it. Someone needs to educate their employees on company policy.

GBReview with no service yet I accidentally gave the wrong phone number when I entered all my information in. After trying to call them for a couple of days I was able to get in contact with them and the gentleman gave me his cell phone number so I can communicate directly. I am currently still working on my fridge problem but they are working with me to help remedy it. John

GBReceived the cooling unit and install… Received the cooling unit and install per instructions. Everything seems to be working fine. After an hour the led turned red and blinked code 1. Reset the system and the same thing happed again. Had to install my old heating element and now the system is working as should. Hope to get and new heating element from the supplier.

GBI have not received my order I have not received my order and I have left several voicemails at the number provided on the website. I am feeling like I might have been ripped off by a scam. I have also tried to creat an account to see status or tracking info unfortunately the website does not work

GBThis is a correction to my review on… This is a correction to my review on October 7. Apparently the company is overwhelmed with order requests and they are slow to respond, who new? Anyway parts have been shipped and received and it was my error on shipping address, box was unchecked on billing / shipping so they sent to billing address and I did receive that order from October 5. A tracking number with USPS would have helped. Apparently the last order I had ordered wrong part. (My mistake) With new information I am trying again with another order after talking with Brian on what the problem is. We hope this transaction goes smoother and used a different card so shipping is more local. Just trying to head south for winter with a working fridge.
