GBHelpful Advice I needed help to find out why my Norcold N611rt was not cooling and producing a 5 Flash Code. I sent the request by email and was answered quickly with what was not the problem and the items that could cause the problem. Working through that list I ordered a new Thermostor and am now awaiting it's arrival. Once installed I hope it will fix the problem.

GBRIP OFF Product appeared to be available for shipment when the order was placed but was not. They charged my credit card right away even though the item was not in stock and available for shipment. When I canceled the order and asked for a refund because they could not fulfill the order they charged my credit card a service fee of $2.06. This is very bad business and you can be sure I will spread the word throughout the RV world as I am heavily involved in several RV Organizations. Charge me $2.06 when you can't deliver the product, UNBELIVABLE

GBNever got my purchased item….. Never got my purchased item which was a drip tray for a norcold camper refrigerator at $25.45, no email replies or phones answered. I have the emailed receipt and confirmation of my order number.

GBRefrigerator back to new! Received parts 2 day air. All parts were correct. After Installing and testing the refrigerator is working perfectly. Lots of great information on the website easy to order parts based on model number. Thank you!

GBGreat place to get parts. Prices are low and shipping fast I was having a hard time finding a certain part for my camper refrigerator. I discovered the norcold guy on one of the chat forums that somebody had a good dealing with. I looked them up they had the part I needed, the price was reasonable, and they shipped it right out. Too bad hurricane Ian destroyed the camper before I had a chance to install it.
