GBReplace Norcold R302.3 with R306R3 Ordered R306R3 Norcold. It showed up 10/3/22, delivered by Diamond freight. No signs of damage, nice delivery guy. Installed and was operational about 2 hours later. No problems, thumbs up.

GBThey kept telling us the item was back… They kept telling us the item was back ordered- we waited 4 months! Then they tried to claim they sent it and gave a tracking # for an item delivered 2000 miles away - then they wanted us to pay the shipping and a restock fee to have them ship a new one and again said they didn’t know how long it would be as they had to reorder…what? Then they stopped answering our calls. Very frustrating and unprofessional…so 4 months and our fridge still is not working.

GBDon't expect any return call if you have an issue with your order . I recently made a purchase from RV fridge guys . Upon receiving my order there were problems from the get-go . I was missing one piece of my order and another part that I ordered was superseded to a different part that did not fit . I have tried numerous occasions to contact the company and have not gotten any response through phone calls or emails , when you call the 800 number it transfers you to a cell phone that has a full mailbox with no other way of leaving a message this is quite frustrating .

GBReview with no service yet I accidentally gave the wrong phone number when I entered all my information in. After trying to call them for a couple of days I was able to get in contact with them and the gentleman gave me his cell phone number so I can communicate directly. I am currently still working on my fridge problem but they are working with me to help remedy it. John

GBRefrigerator back to new! Received parts 2 day air. All parts were correct. After Installing and testing the refrigerator is working perfectly. Lots of great information on the website easy to order parts based on model number. Thank you!
