Highly recommended Ever since I found this website a few years ago, I haven't used any other. The prices are unmatched anywhere and you can pick and choose which features you want to add (include insurances and prepaid gas). Haven't had any problems yet. Highly recommended.

Do not trust this site!!! We booked a car rental through this website rentalcarz.com. When we were 3 hours away from the rental, while we were traveling by plane without wifi, they automatically canceled our reservation and when we arrived at the rental office we no longer had our reservation with the huge inconvenience that followed. We requested assistance from the site and although the problem depended on their system, they did nothing to help us. Do not book on this site, use more serious companies. Do not trust this site!!!

Great Rental and Service Slight delay on pickup due to 3rd party but these guys stepped up to resolve it quickly and get me on my way. Excellent service and grateful for all their help.

I wanted pick up the car a day early I wanted pick up the car a day early. When I tried to arrange this online, I could not fine my reservation because I did not receive a voucher with 9 digit voucher number. I was not able to find my reservation at the rentingcarz online site because non of numbers on my voucher was 9 digit. I called the customer service center, the man also was not able to identify my reservation with any of my information (name, e-mail, voucher number, account number, confirmation number) I had to e-mail the customer service. I received reply less than 1 hour, which was fast, but modification of reservation was not possible. But they offered me a new option and will send me a link to pay the difference. I do not know yet whether they will charge 20% of previous reservation for processing fee and make a new reservation. Either they charge or not I am content with fast response. I think I will use this site again.

Overall satisfaction. I had problems with the payment process and an assistant solved it in a matter of minutes. Then I couldn't find my reservation number and an assistant help me right away and sent a copy of the voucher to my email. Overall, great experience so far.
