However, there is something that puzzles me, so I would like to provide feedback as well as an inquiry. From what I saw on the screen before making payment, I remember that it said that cancellation was possible without conditions up to 24 hours in advance. However, after making the payment, it says that if I cancel even 24 hours in advance, I will have to pay a 20% penalty. If this is the case, how can I trust your company and repeat orders in the future? I hope you reply.

COGood option for the price The service was quite delayed to pick up the car because of paper work, and the car wasn´t totally clean. However the price was a very good offer and we'd no problems with the car, also they were flexible with the schedule of the reservation

CLOverall satisfaction. I had problems with the payment process and an assistant solved it in a matter of minutes. Then I couldn't find my reservation number and an assistant help me right away and sent a copy of the voucher to my email. Overall, great experience so far.
