GBPart didn't fit but good customer service Unfortunately received brake pads that didn't fit my car but Nelson Suba made it easy to return and get a full refund. He responded right away to my emails and the return and refund was processed quickly. Disappointed I could not get the right part but pleased with the good customer service I received.

GBCalled about my parts Called about my parts, realized I ordered the wrong parts to install (previous owner did a factory upgrade and I didn’t know) Spoke on the for returns and rep said I had ordered the correct front but incorrect rears. I’ve been trying to contact them for multiple days to return items and no replies. Replying to their comment: yes that was the first order, it went smooth. This is for the second order I’ve been trying to return. You have time to comment here but not replace to my contacts?

GBParts arrived on time Parts arrived on time. Incorrect rear rotors shipped even though VIN was processed...go figure. No pads available for a 2018 Ford Explorer...go figure...Not even the Akebono Pads....3 stars is a stretch.

GBNice to get the correct parts and in… Nice to get the correct parts and in good condition directly from Brembo. Third party sites have sent me the wrong parts in the correct boxes or the parts have been used. Getting the correct parts in New condition, with quick delivery seems basic, but is more problematic post Covid. Will order directly from Brembo from now on.

GBThe representatives have no idea about… The representatives have no idea about availability of items. Misinformation lead to a wrong order and Brembo refused to provide a complete refund nor shipping label. Brembo is a quality product but will now consider other options.
