Parts arrived on time Parts arrived on time. Incorrect rear rotors shipped even though VIN was processed...go figure. No pads available for a 2018 Ford Explorer...go figure...Not even the Akebono Pads....3 stars is a stretch.

Third party sites have sent me the wrong parts in the correct boxes or the parts have been used. Getting the correct parts in New condition, with quick delivery seems basic, but is more problematic post Covid. Will order directly from Brembo from now on.

Part didn't fit but good customer service Unfortunately received brake pads that didn't fit my car but Nelson Suba made it easy to return and get a full refund. He responded right away to my emails and the return and refund was processed quickly. Disappointed I could not get the right part but pleased with the good customer service I received.
