Called about my parts Called about my parts, realized I ordered the wrong parts to install (previous owner did a factory upgrade and I didn’t know) Spoke on the for returns and rep said I had ordered the correct front but incorrect rears. I’ve been trying to contact them for multiple days to return items and no replies. Replying to their comment: yes that was the first order, it went smooth. This is for the second order I’ve been trying to return. You have time to comment here but not replace to my contacts?

Part didn't fit but good customer service Unfortunately received brake pads that didn't fit my car but Nelson Suba made it easy to return and get a full refund. He responded right away to my emails and the return and refund was processed quickly. Disappointed I could not get the right part but pleased with the good customer service I received.
