Won’t give you what they tell you. Was told, i was Guaranteed 395 dollars for my vehicle. When the driver arrived he told me he’d only give me 250. My uncle ended up talking him into giving me 300 but i had a guaranteed amount in writing for 395 dollars which is why i accepted the offer.

Selling my vehicle to Wheelzy was a… Selling my vehicle to Wheelzy was a fast and smooth transaction. The price was fair and I didn't have to worry about the tow. There was open communication throughout the whole process and even got updates when the towtruck would arrive.

3rd party towing... Wheelzy was amenable and very communicative through the whole process. Quick and efficient. The only hiccup along the way was the time window for our car to be picked up. Though selecting an 8am-12pm window, our car wasn't picked up until 4pm. I can't place "blame" on anyone as Wheelzy uses third party towers and doesn't control scheduling and the towing service happened to be slammed that day. They were kind and apologetic, but all that to say...I feel the pick up window is arbitrary OR the process could be refined more.

The service was great The service was great. Straightforward and honest. The customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable and the tow truck driver was kind and helpful as well. I will definitely recommend this company to take care of any vehicle you no longer need and also pay top dollar for it.
