Initial offer was lower than expected and when I countered, the response was "what were you expecting to get for your 14 year old vehicle with 150,000?" My thoughts was "as much as I can get, duh!" Anyway, pickup and payment was smooth and overall I would consider wheelzy in the future for selling a vehicle.

However, your guy came back with a higher offer, right when the other guy did not show at the appointed time. So, I told your guy, if your pick up guy can be here in 30 minutes, then you got a deal. He did, I called the other company back, and let know I made another deal.

3rd party towing... Wheelzy was amenable and very communicative through the whole process. Quick and efficient. The only hiccup along the way was the time window for our car to be picked up. Though selecting an 8am-12pm window, our car wasn't picked up until 4pm. I can't place "blame" on anyone as Wheelzy uses third party towers and doesn't control scheduling and the towing service happened to be slammed that day. They were kind and apologetic, but all that to say...I feel the pick up window is arbitrary OR the process could be refined more.
